Shenandoah, Northern Virginia's only lakeside active adult community, was honored with a prestigious Monument Award in recognition of its master plan design innovation, site and land planning, scope of amenities, the balance of housing value and curb appeal, and consumer acceptance. Two of the community's builders also received home design awards during the same ceremony.
