Elliot Totah
Executive Vice President
Elliot Totah is the Executive Vice President of the Oxbridge Group. Beginning in 1999, Elliot Worked with Oxbridge as a consultant, managing a variety of the company's technological and financial needs.
Since 2002, Mr. Totah has worked with Oxbridge full-time in his capacity as Executive VP and is actively involved in all aspects of the company's operations, including site acquisition, financing, entitlement, development, and community relations.
Mr. Totah serves as Oxbridge's Chief Technology Officer and handles the company's Information Technology needs. Elliot has a background in both Information Systems and Finance, with a degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
