Well-versed in all aspects of Real Estate, Elliot started his career with Oxbridge in 2002. Since 2005, he has been in charge of all facets of Oxbridge’s business ranging from new acquisitions through project completion.

During his tenure with Oxbridge, Elliot has completed dozens of projects ranging from residential to commercial to industrial. His skill set traverses the entire project lifecycle including land entitlement, rezoning & subdivision, land development, construction, residential & commercial leasing, debt and equity procurement, and debt restructuring.

Beyond the arena of real estate, Elliot has also consulted for various technology and government contracting companies as to strategy and project management. Elliot has also served in multiple officer positions for charitable organizations in the DC Metro area.
