Within the I-270 Technology Corridor of Montgomery County, Maryland lies Cloverleaf -- a 500,000 square foot office and flex development. County officials have designated this project a "signature development" -- a project that will ultimately define the character of the entire surrounding area.
Crown Pointe I is an office building of approximately 26,000 square feet. Crown Point II has 60,000 square feet. Upon completing these buildings, Oxbridge was awarded the "Excellence in Construction" Award from the Metropolotan Washington and Virginia Chapter of the Associated Builders and Contractors. Both buildings were developed, built, leased, and sold within a five year period ending in 2005.
