• A 40,000 square foot clubhouse facility with restaurant, ballroom, indoor/outdoor pools, fitness center, and extensive meeting spaces.
• A wastewater treatment plant capable of processing 600,000 gallons/day.
• A new signalized intersection along Route 340/522

Oxbridge worked with multiple national homebuilders to create an architectural and landscape design style unique to the Shenandoah Valley while preserving the tremendous natural resources of Lake Frederick.
